Launched in December 2015, Signature is the industry’s only affordable boutique brand available for both conversion and new construction. The brand currently has three properties in the U.S. and 10 more expected to open before the end of the year.

Founded in 2009, BLLA is the voice of the world’s boutique and lifestyle hotels. The association was formed in response to a demand for a collective voice for this growing industry. Today, the association has more than 750 members.
