Galveston, TX and Horn Lake, MS locations now open; seven more signed(CLEVELAND, May 25, 2016) – Hoteliers continue to recognize Americas Best Value Inn’s exceptional opportunities for new builds, as newly constructed properties recently opened in Galveston, TX and Horn Lake, MS, and seven more deals to build ABVIs were signed in March and April.
Americas Best Value Inn's new build approach gives hotel owners the choice of using ABVI’s next-generation prototype or their own design, allowing them to customize their property to meet their market demand and their objectives. Both the Galveston and Horn Lake locations chose to use their own architects and interior designers to reflect their local regions.
Parth Patel, general manager of the 60-room Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Galveston, was very involved in the design of the hotel. The hotel’s bright décor and ambiance throughout the property reflect its close proximity to the area’s popular beaches. Many of the spacious rooms have stunning views of Galveston Bay.
“We chose Americas Best Value Inn because of the flexibility they gave us to build and design a hotel to specifically meet our market demand. Our hotel is unique because it’s been built and designed like an upper midscale hotel but offers exceptional rates and value to our guests. We wanted everyone to have the ability to enjoy a fine establishment without having to spend too much and ABVI gave us the freedom we needed to do just that,” said Patel.
Similarly, the 48-room Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Horn Lake (more commonly known as Southhaven, MS by the locals) is located just a few minutes south of Memphis, TN off Interstate 55. The hotel’s design and colors reflect the area’s Blues and jazz culture that so many guests travel to experience. The contemporary guestrooms feature jazzy tones of blue and gray, while the exterior is dramatically lit at night with bright blue uplighting.

- Spring, TX – 35 rooms, projected to open August 2016
- Houston, TX (Queenston Blvd.) – 40 rooms, projected to open May 2017
- Houston, TX (Perry Rd.) – 40 rooms, projected to open June 2017
- Houston, TX (Highway 6) – 40 rooms, projected to open January 2018
